  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  3. 2 cups of water
  4. 2 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper to make a batter.
  7. Cut 4 large heads of cauliflower into bite-sized florets (pre-processed).
  8. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  10. In a separate bowl, mix 1.5 cups of hot sauce with 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter to make the buffalo sauce.
  11. Remove cauliflower from the oven, toss the baked florets in the buffalo sauce using tongs, and return them to the baking sheet.
