How to Prepare

1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Add the strawberry puree and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes.
4. Once churned to a soft-serve consistency, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.
6. Scoop and serve in bowls or cones as desired.
